Operating from 11 locations across Central and Western New York State, delivering to Upstate New York as was well as the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania, I.D.  Celebrating Mark Hitchcock's Retirement!

On March 28, 2025, we had the honor of celebrating Mark Hitchcock’s retirement after 27 incredible years with I.D. Booth!

Mark came to Booth Electric Supply’s electrical division from a competitor, seeking a workplace with a more family-oriented relationship—and he found exactly that here. Over the years, Mark handled inside sales and quotes, acting as the #2 at our main electrical branch in Elmira, where he focused on large commercial projects.

When the Ithaca Branch Manager role became available, Mark raised his hand, eager to take on the challenge. Growing up in the Trumansburg area gave Mark a unique advantage—he already knew many of our customers from childhood and had an expert ability to navigate Ithaca’s ever-changing traffic patterns.

Mark, your leadership, dedication, and hard work have been invaluable. You’ve left an incredible legacy, and we are so grateful for the years you’ve spent with us.

We wish you nothing but the best as you enter this exciting new chapter of life. Enjoy more time with friends, family, and all the things that bring you joy. You will always have a place in our hearts here at I.D. Booth.
